Become a Member

The Iowa Mortgage Association invites you to join our organization. IMA's goal is to promote the welfare of Iowa's mortgage lenders by:

  1. Promoting mutual cooperation and networking opportunities for mortgage lending professionals.

  2. Supporting legislative candidates who understand and support IMA issues, and legislative advocacy, at both the state and federal levels.

  3. Disseminating information critical to the success of mortgage lenders through bulletins, publications and our monthly Prime Times newsletter.

  4. Providing educational opportunities through the coordination of IMA's annual convention spring conference and other sponsored events.

  5. Publishing an annual directory of Iowa's mortgage lenders.

Individual Member

$50

Any individual doing business in the State of Iowa or any immediately adjacent state who is engaged in the business of, or is employed by an organization engaged in the business of originating, servicing, insuring or investing their own funds or the funds of others in real estate mortgages or equities. Such individuals shall include, but not be limited to: mortgage bankers, mortgage brokers, credit union professional, loan originators and any other professional whose primary purposes are as aforesaid.

Corporate Member

$400

Corporate Membership shall consist of any persons, firms, corporations or associations in the state of Iowa, or any adjacent state, engaged in the business of originating, servicing, insuring or investing their own funds or the funds of others in real estate mortgages or equities.

Associate Member

$200

Affiliate Membership shall consist of all persons, firms, corporations or associations in the state of Iowa, or any adjacent state, engaged in the business of providing services or benefits to participating members and who otherwise subscribe to the purposes of the IMA.

Privileges of all members shall be equal, except only participating members shall have the right to vote and hold office. Membership includes all employees of members' offices. Any individual from a member organization may attend IMA events at membership rate.
