As members of the IMA, you can call the Iowa Bankers Association Compliance hotline at 1-800-532-1423 for questions relating to residential mortgage loans such as:

    • Allowable fees
    • State and federal disclosures relating to preliminary and closing loan documentation and advertising
    • RESPA rules including commissions/splitting of fees, escrow account arrangements
